Apple Strudel

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Roll out dough on parchment on a non-stick cookie sheet
  3. Cream Butter and Cream Cheese in a bowl
  4. Add chopped Pecans to Cream mixture
  5. Peel Apple and slice into 1/8" slices
  6. Mix Pears into butter/cream mixture
  7. Cover Dough in Cinnamon
  8. Evenly spread pear/cream mixture on top of cinnamon covered dough
  9. Roll dough into a log form
  10. Cover rolled dough with any excess Pear/Butter/Cream Mixture
  11. Cook for 40 minutes - or until crust is golden


  1. Pour refrigerated Heavy Whipping Cream into shallow bowl
  2. Add Vanilla Extract
  3. Whip until desired stiffness
