Annabelle's Raspberry Cake

Ingredients:

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix together dry ingredients
  3. Add egg, milk, vanilla
  4. Mix thoroughly by hand with spatula
  5. Fold in berries
  6. Coat 10" and 6" springform with oil
  7. Pour into springform
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until resembles banana bread
  9. Let cool on rack at least 30 minutes

Icing

  1. Whisk butter and sugar with stand mixer on medium speed 1/2 cup and a stick at a time
  2. Once mixed add vanilla
  3. Whip until desired stiffness
  4. Stack 6" cake on 10" cake and ice with icing.
