Lasagna
Ingredients:

- 12 Noodles Lasagna
- 6 Sweet Italian Sausages
- 2 cups crushed, no salt added tomatoes
- 7.5 oz Farmers Cheese
- 4 oz Frozen Spinach
- 1.5 Half and Half
- 1/4 minced Onion
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 tsp ground Fennel seed
- 3/4 TBSP salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 C Bordeaux Wine
- 1C Shredded Parmesean

Steps
- Blanch Lasagna noodles - set aside and dry
- De-case sausages
- Brown the garlic, onion and fennel in Olive Oil
- Add tomatoes, salt and pepper
- Add wine and simmer covered for 30 minutes
- Mix Farmers Cheese and Spinach over medium low heat in small pan
- Assemble in 18" Casserole dish in the following order from bottom to top:
- Ragu
- Noodles
- Cheese
- Noodles
- Ragu
- Noodles
- Cheese
- Noodles
- Ragu
- Parmesean Cheese
- Bake in 400 degree for 30 minutes
- Let cool at least 15 minutes before serving
