  1. Blanch Lasagna noodles - set aside and dry
  2. De-case sausages
  3. Brown the garlic, onion and fennel in Olive Oil
  4. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper
  5. Add wine and simmer covered for 30 minutes
  6. Mix Farmers Cheese and Spinach over medium low heat in small pan
  7. Assemble in 18" Casserole dish in the following order from bottom to top:
  8. Bake in 400 degree for 30 minutes
  9. Let cool at least 15 minutes before serving
