World Famous Chili
Ingredients:

1/4 C vegetable oil
1 TBSP finely minced garlic
1/4 Cup finely minced White onion
2 lb ground beef
1.5 TBSP American Yellow Mustard
24 OZ strained, peeled or diced tomatoes depending on desired consistency
4 TBSP Worcestershire
1 TBSP Molasses
2 TBSP Chili Powder
2 TBSP Oregano
3/4 TBSP salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
2 C freshly grated cheddar cheese

Steps
Heat 1/4C vegetable oil in medium (5-8 Qt) pot over medium heat
Add 1 TBSP minced garlic and 1/4 Cup finely minced White onion
When onions are clear and garlic is browned add 2 lb ground beef
Cook beef, stirring regularly until browned
Add 1.5 TBSP of mustard and mix throughly
Add 24 OZ strained, peeled or diced tomatoes
Reduce heat to simmer, cover for 10 minutes
Add 4 TBSP Worcestershire and 1 TBSP Molasses mixing well
Cover for 5 minutes
Sprinkle 2 TBSP Chili Powder and 2 TBSP Oregano to top of liquid, DO NOT MIX IN
Cover for 10 minutes
Once Chili Powder and Oregano form a dark brown crust on top, mix well
Add 3/4 TBSP salt and 1TSP Black Pepper mixing well
Simmer at least 15 minutes or until serving.
Top with healthy portion of freshly grated cheddar cheese before serving
