Apple Strudel
Ingredients:

- 1 Pie Crust
- 1 Large Granny Smith Apple
- 3 TBSP Unsalted Butter - Room temp
- 4 TBSP Cream Cheese - Room Temp
- 1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
- 1 TBSP Ground Pumpkin Spice Blend
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 cup Whipping cream - Refrigerated
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Roll out dough on parchment on a non-stick cookie sheet
- Cream Butter and Cream Cheese in a bowl
- Add chopped Pecans to Cream mixture
- Peel Apple and slice into 1/8" slices
- Mix Pears into butter/cream mixture
- Cover Dough in Cinnamon
- Evenly spread pear/cream mixture on top of cinnamon covered dough
- Roll dough into a log form
- Cover rolled dough with any excess Pear/Butter/Cream Mixture
- Cook for 40 minutes - or until crust is golden
Topping
- Pour refrigerated Heavy Whipping Cream into shallow bowl
- Add Vanilla Extract
- Whip until desired stiffness
