Gettier Problem thought

January 8, 2021

Claim: Knowledge constitutes those claims which lie in the sets of observations or predictions which exist above the threshold of variability between a described, codified or explicated model of an observed system and the measured phenomenon which lie within the scope of what the model purports to observe or predict.
This does not resolve the conflict of the objectiveness of the measurement system or a question of reproducibility.
Cases where claims are made but no measurement system can be devised, would fail to meet any criteria for which we could claim knowledge.
