Founded Direction, a cohort-based program where builders ship something from scratch with AI in four weeks. Two tracks: Builders for people new to AI development, Advanced for those already shipping. Built around three principles: Systems Design, Reverse engineering & Technology Sovereignty. Direction runs on a custom autonomous agent framework (system-0) I built in parallel, which absorbs work as its capabilities expand.
CTO and Founding Head of Artificial Intelligence: Gambit AI
Invented, designed, and delivered multi-agent robot orchestration systems that learn from human action. Within eleven months of ideation, earned over $5.1M in R&D funding and established a new applied pathway for robot learning, autonomy, and deployment for UAS and CUAS tasks.
Director, MLOps and Reinforcement Learning: Unity Technologies
Revived ML-Agents and pushed through a first-of-its-kind demonstration of robot behavior learned in simulation and executed effectively in the real world. Led a team of eight to show that simulation-trained robotic policies could transfer into physical systems, making this chapter a direct bridge between pre-LLM machine learning infrastructure and broader embodied AI deployment.
Chief Technology Officer: Kessel Run
Led technical direction for a 1,300-person, $6 billion Air Operations Center critical to safe evac during the Afghanistan NEO. Stood up a 300-person data and machine learning operations team, built a $300 million program and budget for the 2020 and 2021 POM cycles, and led JADC2 for AI across the entire USAF portfolio.
Founder and CEO: Pair
Built Pair (Prev Visidraft) into a category-leading augmented reality platform with more than one million users and a world-class team spanning AI, computer vision, SLAM, and localization. The company was selected by Apple as a flagship AR application for global marketing and in-store placement, then acquired in 2019 by Manor Financial.
U.S. Air Force and National Intelligence University
Served as an Intelligence Officer across the USAF and DIA. Serving as Senior Intelligence Officer at Andersen AFB Guam, Chief of Intelligence for Project Liberty in Iraq, and Counterintelligence SME in China House at DIA. Managed multiple Top Secret intelligence reporting software products and completed graduate work at National Intelligence University on the impacts of artificial general intelligence on the U.S. Department of Defense.

Co-Chair for the AGI-2026 Conference in San Francisco. Cofounder of codersagainstcovid and findcovidtest.com, the most used covid test finding site prior to widespread testing. Authored the technical implementation for the IEEE 7010 standard on ethical artificial intelligence. Awarded patents for: Near Eye wavefront Emulation Device (Smart Glasses) and Machine learning based model localization system (4D World Models for Object Localization). Served on the Purdue University NW Engineering Advisory Board 2017-2020.
